100 Dial Scheme and Mitra Kaksh in Haryana to Provide Justice on Time

The state government of Haryana has introduced 100 Dial Scheme to reduce criminal cases and to provide fair justice to victims in the state. The state government has decided to provide 600 vehicles to the police department that means each police department in all the district will get 30 to 35 vehicles.

The 100 Dial scheme is going to be likely implemented from November 1, 2018, across the state. The state government will spend Rs. 153 crore for this scheme. Under the scheme, if any person will contact control room for the help, would get police assistance within 15 minutes that victim in any corner of the state. The objective of this scheme is to provide a safe and crime-free environment to all the citizens in the state.

100 Dial Scheme

This scheme was launched by the CM of Haryana at Panchkula. He also inaugurated eight Mitra Kaksh in Civil Lines Police. On the occasion, he said their government is providing a fearless environment to the people of the state. He also said that these eight Mitra Kaksh have been established at the cost of Rs. 2 crores to develop coordination among police and people.

In all the eight Mitra Kaksh, the officer of police and the members of Community Liaison Group will sit in these Mitra Kaksh without uniform. These officers will listen to the grievances of people and try to solve the grievance through mediation. If a grievance could not be solved through mediation then FIR will be registered against the person.

The state government has informed that the first phase of eight Mitra Kaksh is being established in Karnal and Rohtak districts. However, More Mitra Kaksh will establish throughout the state but after the success of the first phase.

Moreover, the state government will provide a safe environment in these Mitra Kaksh where the victims will present their views and share their problems without any hesitation.
